Room was mighty clean with comfy beds, and I tell ya, the shower had some good pressure! The little pool was nice for coolin’ off after a hot day. Staff was real friendly, though they didn’t speak much English, but we managed just fine. Might could improve on that breakfast variety, though.

WiFi was unstable at times and parking was a hassle.

The family room faced the street, leading to constant noise from the restaurant/bar next door. Cold showers plagued the bathroom experience, compounded by an unpleasant smell from the drainage, suggesting plumbing issues. The pool area remains unkempt, suffering from an odor from trash bins nearby, and the lack of a safe in the room adds a layer of concern for securing valuables. Notably, the curtains offer minimal light blockage, making it hard to catch some sleep once the sun rises, particularly since outside noise from roosters begins at dawn.

The location of Margarett is unbeatable for those looking to explore. It's perfectly situated between the main square and cenote Zaci, making it convenient for quick visits to both. The hotel is well-maintained, and I found street parking to be accessible, with the ability to park directly in front of the hotel. Another plus is the small pool, which looked inviting and perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of work.

The internal noise level was quite high.

The location is a gem, perfect for exploring cenotes and the charming center. Rooms are spacious, recently renovated bathrooms shine. One highlight is the rooftop coffee shop, a delightful hidden escape! Enjoyed fresh water available constantly. Though not a five-star experience, it's a solid choice for exploring!

My stay was marred by a lack of staff support during a power outage, leaving guests feeling abandoned and frustrated. Upon checking in, I discovered that the room had significant noise issues from neighbors and an unfortunate odor emanating from the bathroom drainage. It was disappointing that the curtains offered no real darkness, making it impossible to sleep in with the early morning light and roosters crowing outside.

The Standard Double Room was pretty comfy for a couple. The shower had great pressure and a nice rainfall head, which felt amazing. We loved the free coffee/tea and water refill station—it was a lifesaver! The room was clean but nothing fancy. Just so you know, daylight staff didn’t speak much English, which was a bit challenging. All in all, it was a decent stay.

Great location—just a block from the main square! Clean room and friendly staff. The garden area is a lovely touch for relaxation 🌳. Breakfast could use more options like yogurt and jam.

I had a lovely time staying here! The courtyard was beautiful and the little pool was perfect for cooling off. However, the breakfast could definitely use some more variety. Still, I’d return!
